BBQ-wood, made from selected natural olive root stock. Enhances food with the typical, fine, mild, aromatic flavour of olive wood smoke. Chunk size: 5 cm to 10 cm. Best BBQ-wood for large BBQs and open BBQ fire. Olive root wood is particularly dense and a lot more yielding than softer woods. Raw Chunks Nº5 burn very evenly and slowly, and deliver their smoke aroma over an extended period of time to the smoking goods.
