Our brilliant Sweet chestnut Big Logs come in large 12kg jute bags. They can be used for smoking in a Weber-style grill, and are great for offset smokers. They are also obviously ideal for wood-fired ovens. You can even cook directly on them as a live wood fire, for maximum flavour loveliness.

Sweet Chestnut goes with just about any barbecue meat. It has a smooth medium smoky flavour that  works great by itself. An option for that special occasion.
