Our brilliant Oak Big Logs come in large 12kg Jute Bag. They can be used for smoking in a Weber-style grill, and are great for offset smokers. They are also obviously ideal for wood-fired ovens. You can even cook directly on them as a live wood fire, for maximum flavour loveliness.

Oak is one of my favourite smoke woods. It goes with just about any barbecue meat. It has a medium smoky flavour that  works great by itself. An excellent all rounder.
