It’s our British Charcoal cousin blended from hardy trees sourced from Europe and made directly in our own retorts. A great alternative if you’re just looking for clean and natural heat, this charcoal is made up of a mix of hardwood species. The blend changes, but we are careful to maintain great burning and flavour properties by combining species with complimentary qualities.
