The four salt rocks truly look like gemstones on their own, but also fit nicely together on the KITCHEN wood board making them a striking centerpiece of your food prep area. Every rock originate from different parts of the world. They all have thier own taste and consequently work great with different dishes.
Himalayan rock salt originates from Himalayas, an area called the “Salt Range”. It is a natural rock salt that was created when the prehistoric seas evaporated some 250 million years ago. The actual salt rocks vary in colour from pure white to beautiful light pink and dramatic deep red, all depending on the iron oxide content.
