Made from selected natural olive root stock. Strong smoke intensity. Enhances food with the typical, fine, mild, aromatic flavor of olive wood smoke. Grain size: 2 cm to 3 cm

For use in charcoal- or gas grills, and smokers. We recommend to soak Lemon Wood Chips before use during 30 minutes in fresh water.

Pork, fish, poultry, fruits and vegetables.

Good to know....
  • Soak a handful of  Wood chips in fresh water for 30 minutes
  • Wrap the Wood chips in a piece of aluminium foil, leaving both ends open
  • Place the aluminium foil with the Wood chips on your hot charcoal, lava rocks, or the electric heating of your BBQ, grill or smoker
  • Once the Wood chips start emitting smoke, place your grill goods on the grill
